Take a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee melt it then add 1 tablespoon water mix it.

Add gur mix it then melt it on low flame.

Take a bowl full of water then put one drop of gur if it is soft then cook the gur for 2more min otherwise if it crunchy then gur is ready.

Add leftover ghee mix it well then turn off the flame.

Take any tin Greece it with ghee.

Add baking soda in gur mix it well then quickly transfer it into the tin.

Tap the tin then sprinkle roasted peanut and fennel seeds.

Keep it aside for 1 hour to set.

After 1hour demould it.

Honeycomb Candy is ready to serve.
