Assemble ingredients and equipments

Put dates in a blender and pour in the hot water. Let it sit for 5 mins then blend

Add diced apples and milk then blend till smooth

Add all the remaining ingredients, including Chiang seeds and blend

Blend the mixture till smooth

Fill cupcake papers till 2/3 full

Bake at 180℃ for 30-35 mins

When ready, remove and leave to cool

Serve with desired drink. I took it with green tea
