1 1/4 cupoil
3 cupflour
1/4 cupBrown sugar
2 tspCinnamon
1 tspsalt
1 tspsoda
2 cupFinely chopped walnuts
2 cupFinely chopped and peeled apples

Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix quarter cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and 2 cups finely chopped and peeled apples to a plastic bag and Shake well until apples are coated

Beat together sugar, eggs, and oil. Once mixed blend in flour, salt, soda, apples, and walnuts. Spoon batter into forms until they are 3/4 full

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
