Steps

thin slice all the veggies

crush the chappaties

in a bowl, mix all the chineeze touch souces.

take oil for frying in frying pan and fry all veggies except onions and springs one by one

Then in a kadai take 3tablespoon olive oil

heat on medium flame. when hot, lower down the flame and add tadka ingredients except salt one by one.

the add onions and medium d flame

when slightly brown add remaining veggies.

add salt to it.

Then add the souce and mix well.

finally add the crushed chappaties and mix well.

Garnish with Corriender leaves and grated cheeze.
