Steps

Make a Rue by melting the butter in a pan and slowly add flower until it becomes a thick paste (usually around a cup) heat on medium.

Add in milk about 1/2 cup at a time until stirring constantly until you have a smooth, creamy white sauce.

Add in Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Crushes chili flakes, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. stir.

slice Kielbasa thin and brown in a separate pan to desired darkness.

Add Kielbasa and some of the juice it makes to the sauce.

Dice the tomato small, set aside
- 7
Best served with your favorite pasta noodles. Add sauce to top and sprinkle with the tomato, fresh herbs are optional.
