Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 kgwheat flour
  • 1 bunchcarrots
  • 1ginger
  • 1lemon
  • Cooking oil
  • 2 cupsWarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    First you grate the washed lemon and ginger

    Then in the same bowl grate the carrots

    Put them in warm water and add salt

    Add your wheat flour and make a dough

    Cut the dough into small shapes

    Then each shape,press it on the chapatti stool until its round in shape

    Then put it on a hot pan and add oil

    Can be served with tea or any stew
