Gujrathi Khatta dhokla
Very easy recipe.And my kids just love these dhoklas
Steps

Soak urad Dal and rice for five to six hrs.then grind to a fine paste.Add curd and keep for fermentation for six yo seven hrs

Grease the plate for steaming dhoklas with oil.keep the steamer ready.

Add salt to the batter.mix well.now you need to be quick.add the fruit salt and give a quick mix.Immediatly pour the batter in the greased plate.sprinkle red chilli powder and pepper powder.

Steam the dhoklas for ten minutes on medium high flame.

Once done spread one spoon oil one the dhokla.this helps to avoid the dhoklas to dry when it cools.Cut into desired shape.

Now tempering time.take oil in tadka pan.add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,hing and spread evenly over the dhokla.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with coriander mint chutney or sauce.
