heat up pan with oil at medium heat

Spread mustard over lamb steaks with knife, on both sides(you can start with just one side and after putting lamb on pan do it on the other side). add salt, pepper and garlic on both sides aswell

start cutting up the greens to your liking and place on plates. if prefered can be added to the pan when the meat is close to done.

when the pan is heated put on the lamb. cook for a couple of minutes on each side

When the lamb is cooked, the dish is ready to serve!
