  • 150 2/3 boxsuet
  • 100 1/2 literwater

    stir in flour and suet add water and make a ball

  2. 2

    add onions

  3. 3

    bacon

  4. 4

    salt and pepper

  5. 5

    roll in a long sausage and tuck over ends

  6. 6

    wrap in a muslin

  7. 7

    cook for 2 1/2 hours in boiling water
