Prepare the syrup first. Add Sugar and water to a saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for 6-8 mins. Remove from heat and then add the rose water. let it cool down

Mix all of the ingredients and stir until its well combined.

Pour and level the mixture into a 28 cm ×24 cm baking tin.

Bake in a 190ºC pre heated oven for 35 mins or until top is golden.

Remove from oven and pour half cup of the "cooled" syrup on it.
