Steps

in a medium size bowl, combine all ingredients (with the exception of crumbing quantity) with wooden spoon until well combined.

roll into balls, slighty over the size of a golf ball.

roll balls through crumbing weetbix or breadcrumbs until covered.

in a medium heated saucepan with the olive oil, add patties, do not overcrowd.

press down on patties slightly with a spatula.
- 6
cook for approx 5-7 mins, turn, cook a further 5-7 mins or until cooked, crisp & golden
- 7
remove from pan & drain on paper towel. continue untill all patties are cooked.

serve with sides of your choice.
