Steps

Cut and wash potato and Gobhi.

Cut finely chopped onion and tomato.

Take a kadhai, heat oil and add Ginger garlic paste, sauté and then add onion cook till light brown and then add tomato cook till soft.

Add all masale and mix well,add 3 spoon water.

Add allu, gobhi and Matar and cover it cook on medium flame 5 minute and check it's now cook it on low flame till then vegetables cooked well.

Yummy, tasty allu, matar Gobhi is ready.
