heat heavy pot add oil 2 tbsps ...wait til d pot is hot at medium heat..throw in curry let it saute for a minute or 2...almost stickin to d pot ..den add 2 cups of water let it simmer down till thick n bubbly add ur chicken turn n cover over medium heat ..0lz add salt to taste u can use any..herb u like with d marinade but the soy sause is a must ..its a savory flavorful taste of curry n sweet frm the marinade
