In a large stock pot, add cider, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon sticks.

Stirring occasionally, bring mixture to a hard boil.

Once mixture begins to boil, turn off heat and allow mixture to cool completely. IMPORTANT: Do not add alcohol until completely cooled to room temperature.

Add liter of everclear and stir. Pour apple pie moonshine into glass canning jars and seal. It is now ready to drink, but taste even better if left to sit two weeks.

NOTE: Use caution, as this moonshine taste great and will sneak up on you. Also, no refrigeration needed, just keep jars in a cool dark place, like the basement.
