Ingredients

20 mins
  • 300 gramsPrawn
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 20small curry leaf
  • 10small chili (bird eye chili)
  • 400 gramsevaporated milk
  • marinate
  • 1/2 tbspeach salt and pepper
  • seasoning
  • 1/2 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Trim and devein prawn then marinate for 2 minute set aside

  2. 2

    With oil deep fry prawn for 2 to 3 minute and set aside

  3. 3

    Melt butter in pan then add evaporated milk in low heat stir till bubble and turning sand like

  4. 4

    Add curry leaf and small chili fry for half a minute then add cook prawn and seasoning gently mix well till totally dry about 3 minute
