  • 2Scoops Protein Powder
  • 1 cupOats
  • 4egg whites
  • 1/2 cupUnsweetend apple sauce
  • 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  • 1 tbspnatural Penut butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Reheat oven to 180°C

  2. 2

    Mix egg whites and uncooked Oats

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients

  4. 4

    Spray nonstick spray on 8X8 Cooking dish.

  5. 5

    Spread mixture into dish and bake 20min. Until sides peel away from dish.
