Steps

Take a bowl add all purpose flour then add 1spoon oil mix it well then add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 15min.

After 15min make roti from the dough.

Take a pan sprinkle oil then add roti roast till it golden brown then put it in plate.

Take a bowl add egg whisk it well then add salt mix it well.

In the same pan add oil then add egg spread it then put roti on it press it and cook till it light brown on both the sides.

Egg coated roti is ready.

Take a plate add egg coated roti then add onion on centre then put tomato sauce and green chilli sauce then sprinkle chaat masala and salt.

Role it well.

Egg roll is ready to serve.
