Make paste of raw peas

Put everything in a mixie except eno and make a paste

Add eno with few drops of water and make a batter

Grease all the holes of Paniyaram pan and drop one teaspoon of batter in each hole. Flip when cooked on one side and cook from other side too.

Serve with chutneys of your choice
