Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 10 cupshredded potatoes
  • 1/2 cuponions (opt)
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 12 ozsour cream
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupcrushed corn flakes
  • 2 tbspmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Pour 1/4 cup melted butter into 9x13 baking dish

  3. 3

    Add 5 cups potatoes

  4. 4

    Mix soup, sour cream, milk & onions in separate bowl

  5. 5

    Pour 1/2 mixture over potatoes

  6. 6

    Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top

  7. 7

    Add remaining potatoes and mixture on top

  8. 8

    Sprinkle on remaining cheese

  9. 9

    Cover with corn flakes

  10. 10

    Drizzle with 2 T melted butter

  11. 11

    Bake 55 minutes
