cook up your chopped onion and garlic. add to medium heated pan with olive oil. once translucent add your ground meat or poultry

add sauces let simmer until done

top with Basil and parmesan and salt pepper. to taste

serve over pasta

Cook time about two and a half hours. You can speed up cook time by cooking the mushrooms and onions in a pan prior to putting them in the sauce. This sauce is not a sweet sauce. I make alot so i can freeze the rest being a basball mom i need stuff to just thaw and heat up. Even better the second day.
