Puree miso, ginger, vinegar and 2 tsp garlic

Heat wok high add 1 tbs oil and tofu stir fry until golden. Sprinkle with cornstarch stir fry until tofu loses it scheen. Transfer to plate.

Add remaing oil 2 tbs, add remainging garlic add bock choy until wilted. add tofu, and 1/2 the miso mix.
