OPTION 1 @HAM SALAD..layer tomato then cucumber

Top chilled thinly slice cooked ham

Garnish with dressing and Italian herbs

OPTION 2 @HAM OPEN FACE SANDWICH...toast bread with butter then layer thinly shave ham and tomato then drizzle sauce of your choice (today I did not used thousand island sauce but I used Heinz chili sauce this time) and sprinkle some chopped scallions
