1/4 cupoatmeal
1/4 cupgreek yogurt
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/3 cupcoconut milk
1 1/2 tspchai seeds
1/4 cuppineapple

Steps

mix all together except the pineapple in a 2 cup mason type jar with lid and mix well

add pineapple and mix,again and place in fridge for at least 2hours or over night

eat cold
