Ingredients

  • ingredients pastel
  • 125 gramsbutter cut into chunks
  • 500 gramswheat flour
  • 1 pinchof salt
  • 1sufficient water
  • ingrediants contents
  • 200 gramsfavorite tuna or fish alone
  • 3 tbspchili powder
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 2 stickcurry leaves
  • 3 mediumchopped red onion
  • 5 smallminced garlic
  • 1 pinchof salt

Steps

  1. 1

    to create pastel skin, mix the butter with the flour

  2. 2

    squeezed by hand so that the dough becomes loose

  3. 3

    pour water a little bit stir up not sticking in the hand

  4. 4

    stir batter and distribute it to five batter. let dough for one hour

  5. 5

    for its contents, heat the oil and saute garlic, onion and curry leaves so yellow

    enter and destroy tuna and gently stir with fire

    enter the chili powder and tomato paste, mix well

  8. 8

    add salt to taste and remove, then chill
