1 packagesshake'n bake original pork mix
1white wine
1/4 tspdried or fresh rosemary ( add extra for more intense flavor)
6boneless or bone- in pork chops(1/2 inch thick)

15 mins

soak chops in wine just enough to moisten ( 1-2 min)

shake chops 1 at a time in shaker bag with 1 packet seasonings mix

sprinkle rosemary on top

bake in preheated oven 425°F on ungreased pan 15 min or until done( internal temp. 160 degrees)

do not turn or cover while cooking
