Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbLondon broil, flank steak or round top
  • 2/3 cupcoconut aminos
  • 1/3 cuphot water
  • 1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tspsea salt
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  • 2 tspred pepper flakes
  • 2 tspherbsaint

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice meat against the grain 1/8 inch

  2. 2

    Season meat on both side, put in ziplock bag for 1 night

  3. 3

    Place in dehydrator till done
