1scant cup of oleo
1 cupwhite sugar
1egg
2 cupFlour
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspcream of tarter
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspalmond extract

preheat oven to 350°F

Cream sugar and oleo together then add egg and mix together.

In another bowl mix together flour, baking soda and cream of tarter

mix flour and sugar mixtures together.

Roll into small balls and press with a glass coated with sugar .

bake for 8-10 minutes.

If cookies come out flat add a little more flour
