Ingredients

  1. 4chicken breasts
  2. 3 canRotel
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 envelopetaco seasoning
  5. 1 envelopechili powder
  6. 1 canblack beans
  7. 1 candark red kidney beans
  8. 1 packagesfrozen corn
  9. 1 can8 oz tomato sauce
  10. 1/2 cupdiced jalapenos (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to crockpot and mix together, laying the chicken breasts on top.

  2. 2

    Cook on high for 5 hours, remove chicken to shred, then put shredded chicken back in crockpot.

  3. 3

    Cook an additional hour.
