Russian Paskha Russian Paskha
Paskha is a festive dessert dish served during the celebration of Easter in the Russian Orthodox homes following the Great Lent. There are many variations of the recipe depending on the ingredients you have access to. This one in particular will guide you through the process using the ingredients you can find in any grocery store. Keep in mind that while the actual preparation time is about an hour, you have to consider a 2-3 day draining time in the fridge before serving. Breadfish -
