Take a bowl put flour Sieve it add salt,baking powder,baking soda mix well

Then add yeast,sugar,melted butter pour lukewarm water mix well.

Once it mix well,then take out dough give a massage to the dough transfer doughg into greased bowl cover with cloth leave 4 to 5 hours for well ferment and increase size.Take out cut equal Portions roll up as cylinder shaped

Then by the top end one edge fold into another like as knot on top give a butter wash coat with sesame seeds

Transfer koulouri into baking tray give a milk wash on top and at bake 220degree@30mins

Ready to serve koulouri it's a Greek traditional dish
