preheat oven to 350

cut chicken breast into desired size of nuggets.melt the butter with the garlic for about one minute and transfer to a glass dish.

in another bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese,parsley,salt & pepper. dip chicken pieces into garlic butter then bread crumb mixture to coat.

place coated chicken pieces onto a lightly greased baking dish. drizzle with remaining garlic. bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or til chicken is cooked.
