  • 2medium
  • 4 smallpotatoes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 lbyoung stinging nettles
  • 1/4 tsppepper

    saute onion in butter

  2. 2

    add potatoes, cover with stock or water. cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    add stinging nettle. cook for 10 minutes. puree.

I'm guessing that the second ingredient is 2 medium onions. Am I correct?
