In a greased oblong 2 quart baking dish layer 3 cups of bread cubes 1 cup of chicken and all of the peppers. Top with the remaining bread.

In a meduim bowl whisk eggs milk and mustard until combined. Pour over the bread layer. Being careful to moisten all of the bread cubes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and refridgerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it stand for about ten minutes before serving.
