Steps

Add about half a gallon of water to a pot and set on stove with medium heat

Add in the washed cilantro, onion, and garlic to the pot. Also add the chicken and the bouillon.

Allow the water to boil slightly at medium/high heat and begin adding the veggies (peel chayote,peeled potato,carrots)

After 5 minutes, add in the can of garbanzos (drain the liquid in can)

The rice should be the last thing to be added so it doesnt soak up all the water. Make sure the veggies are tender and soft but avoid over cooking them to the point where potatoes start falling apart.

Once served, you may squeeze in some fresh lime and add chipotle to give it some flavor. if you wish.
