Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupParmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupButter softened
  • 3 tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspFresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tspDried basil
  • 1/4 tspOnion powder
  • 1/4 tspCelery salt
  • 2 lbTilapia fillets

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the broiler

  2. 2

    Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil

  3. 3

    In small bowl mix together the Parmesan cheese butter mayonnaise and lemon juice

  4. 4

    Season with dried basil pepper onion powder and celery salt

  5. 5

    Mix well and set aside

  6. 6

    Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan

  7. 7

    Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes

  8. 8

    Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes

  9. 9

    Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side

  10. 10

    Brown for two more minutes or until the topping is brown and fish flakes easily with a fork be careful not to over cook the fish
