set oven to 350

beat the butter and brn sugar together until light and fluffy

beat in the egg and vanilla. mix dry ing. together

stir in flour mix slowly, until well blended.

chill 2 hours. roll out dough. cut gingerbread men and bake on cookie sheet 10-12 min
