Ingredients

1 cupwhole egg mayonnaise
3/4 cupdouble cream or light sour cream
1 1/2 tspseeded mustard
3spring onions, sliced
1 stickkabana or chorizo, sliced
2rashers bacon, diced and cooked
1 tbspfinely chopped dill
1 pinchsalt and pepper
8baby potatoes, boiled. quartered.

mix together all the ingredients except potatoes, make sure everything is mixed well and add the potatoes. let it chill in the fridge overnight for the best flavour.
