Ingredients

  1. 1 lbshrimp
  2. 1 mediumwhite or red onion
  3. 3 largetomatoes
  4. 1 tbspminced garlic
  5. 1/2 cuplime juice
  6. 1/4 cupLouisiana style hotsauce
  7. 1 bunchcilantro
  8. 1 largejalapeno (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    mix lime juice, garlic, and hotsauce in large mixing bowl

  2. 2

    cut shrimp, tomatoes, and onion into 1/4inch size pieces and add to bowl

  3. 3

    mix to cover

  4. 4

    finely chop the cilantro and add to shrimp, tomatoes, and onion

  5. 5

    mix well

  6. 6

    salt and pepper to taste

  7. 7

    add 1finely chopped jalapeno, deseeded (optional)

  8. 8

    refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
