Ingredients

  • 1large minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 canrotel "med or hot"
  • 1 lbVelveeta
  • 16 ozjar of black bean and corn salsa
  • 2/3 lbsausage or beef

Steps

  1. 1

    In 2 quart sauce pan brown sausage or beef

  2. 2

    Simmer sausage or beef on low for 10 minutes to build up needed greese

  3. 3

    Add Velveeta to pan stirring constantly until melted

  4. 4

    Stir in can of rotel and black bean and corn salsa

  5. 5

    Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes stirring constantly

  6. 6

    Poor in containers and enjoy
