Ingredients

  • 4 ozsalmon
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tspground ginger
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloveminced garlic
  • 1/4 cupchopped green onions
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1/2 cuppeanut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Marinade salmon in mixture for 2-24 hours in refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Prepare an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Drain excess marinade from fillets. Grill until firm and opaque, about 4 minutes per side.
