Ingredients

  1. 4 ozsalmon
  2. 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  3. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  4. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  7. 1 1/2 tspground ginger
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 1 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  11. 4 cloveminced garlic
  12. 1/4 cupchopped green onions
  13. 1 tspsesame oil
  14. 1/2 cuppeanut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Marinade salmon in mixture for 2-24 hours in refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Prepare an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Drain excess marinade from fillets. Grill until firm and opaque, about 4 minutes per side.
