Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupketchup
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 2 tbspworcestire sauce
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 1onion
  • 1salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    cut up the back ribs

  2. 2

    brown in the oven at 425- 450 (lid off in the pan)

  3. 3

    drain fat

  4. 4

    put ribs back in and cover with sauce

  5. 5

    bake at 250 for 3 hrs

  6. 6

    baste occasionally
