  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 50 mlfresh cream
  3. 1/3onion grated
  4. 1/4 cuppepper feta
  5. 20 mlsalty liquid from feta
  6. 10 mloil

30 mins
  1. 1

    fry onions in oil till brown

  2. 2

    add spinach until soft.Stir so often to prevent it getting burned

  3. 3

    add salty water of pepper feta

  4. 4

    once spinach is cooked add cream and feta

  5. 5

    off heat and cover
