grease pan with pam spray or butter

cook bottom of chicken

flip chicken over and cut through middle long ways NOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!

stuff chicken with sliced ham and parmesan cheese (grated from kraft is AMAZING but the regular sprinkle on is great too)

SPRINKLE on top of entire top of chicken: onion powder, minced garlic, lemon pepper, and a pinch of salt and layer a slice of cheese and a thin layer of parmesan cheese
