boil water in a pot large enough for all potatoes

when the water has boiled put in the peeled potatoes

constantly check by poking your potatoes until it reaches a texture that is a bit soft and hard and can slide out of the fork easily

be careful because too soft of potatoes will make it hard for the next step

when the potatoes are ready mash all of it and put all the chopped onion,coriander leaves,chillies

season it with black pepper and salt

put a bit of flour and 1 egg white into the mixture

mix it all together

mold the mixture into round or whatever shape you like and dip it into 2 eggs that has been beaten and fry them until golden brown
