Heat ham, tomato concentrate, oil. Season.

Make roux. Use cheese to substitute flour.

Add oregano and basil to roux. Season well. Turn down heat.

Boil pasta. Fix sauce before pasta is done.

Sauce: add pineapple chunks to roux. Stir through ham/tomato mixture.

Drain pasta. Stir sauce through pasta. Eat. Get fat.
