Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsSweet Potato, Mashed
  2. 1Whey Protein (Vanilla, Chocolate or Cookies 'n Cream)
  3. 3Egg Whites
  4. 1/4 cupWalnuts, chopped (optional)
  5. 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  6. 1/2 tspNutmeg
  7. 1 tbspCinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.

  2. 2

    Cook batches in pre-sprayed skillet or waffle maker on medium high temperature until bubbles form on the surface, then turnover and cook until dark golden brown.

  3. 3

    Serve with cinnamon and sugar free syrup.
