Ingredients

  • 4potatos
  • 1 tbspCornflour powder
  • 1oil for deep frying
  • 1Salt
  • 1Black Pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Grate potatos, wash in cold water

  2. 2

    Strain the water and pat until dry

  3. 3

    Add cornflour in potatos and mix well

  4. 4

    Fry in oil till golden brown

  5. 5

    When cool add salt and black pepper

  6. 6

    Can store in airtight container
