Using a mixer, combine all the ingredients in a bowl until they completely dissolve into a fairly thick even blend.

Store the elixir in air-tight bottles, which can go without refrigeration for up to three weeks once stored in a cool place.

Remember to always shake before using. Ponche de Creme is best served with crushed ice, your favorite cake and light conversation.
