1 cuphush puppie mix
1/2 cupwater
2 tbspfinely chopped onion
1 tspfinely chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cupyellow corn
1 tbspbrown sugar
1seasoned with mccormicks molasses bacon seasoning
1parsley, sprinkled
1/4 cupsweetened flaked cocunut
2 cuppeanut oil

Heat peanut oil to where mixture will start to fry.

mix house autry mix, water and all other ingredients.

add enough water to mixture to where its not to wet and not to dry, you want it to stick to your spoon and slowly come off the spoon.

fry till golden brown and not doughy inside.

I work at an Assisted Living facility as a med tech. I really like to cook but don't always have a lot of time to do it. I like to make Chainmaille jewelry too. There are a lot of creative cooks out here and love to see all the different ideas.
