1 packagesdried taro leaves
2 cancoconut milk
3 clovegarlic, diced
4 mediumjalapeno peppers, sliced diagonally
4 mediumonions, julienned
1/2 kgpork meat, diced
2 tspshrimp paste
1 tbspcanola oil

Heat the canola oil on a pan, medium heat

Sautè the onion and garlic
3

Add the pork and set fire to high

Pour the coconut milk into the pan, simmer for 5-7 minutes

Add in the taro leaves and simmer for 10 more minutes

Add in the peppers and shrimp paste then simmer for 2-3 minutes
